Finding, filtering and bulk actions

Search, filter and tag contacts, and act on many at once.

The Contacts list is built to slice quickly — find a person, or narrow to a segment and act on all of them together.

Search

Search by name, email, phone or tag. The list filters as you type.

Status tabs

Switch between All, In-house, Arriving, Past guests, Non-guests and Archived. Archived contacts are hidden from the other tabs.

Filters

  • Tags — narrow to one or more tags (for example, "Loyalty" or "VIP").

  • Opt-in status — show only contacts opted in on WhatsApp, SMS or Email.

Use Clear filters to reset everything at once.

Tags

Tags are labels you apply to contacts to group and segment them — for example VIP, Loyalty or Press. In V1 you manage tags manually.

  • Apply a tag — from a contact's profile (more actions → Manage tags), or to many contacts at once with the bulk Add tag action.

  • Filter by tag — narrow the Contacts list to one or more tags (above).

  • Segment with tags — target a Guest Journey step or a Campaign at a tag.

Reading a row

Each row shows the contact's name and language, phone and source, their status and stay dates, their tags, their per-channel opt-in (WhatsApp / SMS / Email), and when they were last contacted.

Bulk actions

Tick the checkbox on one or more contacts and an action bar appears:

  • Add tag — tag everyone selected at once.

  • Export — download the selected contacts as a CSV.

  • Archive — move them out of your main list (reversible).
